All Green Smoothie

Healthy Green SmoothiePreparations: 5 minutes * processing 1 minute * yield 4 cups
1 cup of spinach

2 cups of Kale

1/2 cup of water

1 Barlett pear with skin

1 Celery Stalk

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until you reach your consistency
